I’ve never had a cleaning service but was referred to by another customer who has been using Neva since 2017. Luidmila was very responsive and the website was easy to use. It took the worry out of cleaning for me. I am fine doing light/general cleaning but will use Neva on a monthly basis on a go forward to make cleaning easier for me to maintain. Affordable, responsive, and quality work. Highly recommend.

I've tried several cleaners in my area. I've now used Neva 3x, and really won't choose anyone else. We had different cleaners each time (Lena, Marina and Galena), but each time has been fantastic. We typically clean our place ourselves, but there are times when we're too busy. Neva cleaners make put our cleaning to shame. I'm always amazed at how good a job they do and how nice the place looks. Highly recommended!
