Heavy condition cleaning is a kind of a deep cleaning when the place was not cleaned for more than 6 months.

Please let us know in advance that your apartment is in heavy condition. Only trained people can do this kind of work and we should be aware of the condition of the apartment. Sending the pictures will help us to estimate the work better. Nor Basic not Deep Cleaning can be booked for this kind of condition. We reserve the rights to leave the place if you book basic or deep cleaning or switch the rates accordingly.

Heavy condition cleaning is hourly cleaning and can be customized if you don’t need the whole apartment to be cleaned. Every apartment is unique and can't be evaluated equally. Hourly rate is $50 per hour per person.

When you need Heavy Condition Cleaning:

• The apartment was not cleaned for more than 6 months
• It could be cluttered, that’s why you need organizing first.
• Kitchen cabinets and stove have a buildup
• Bathtub, toilet, sink need good scrubbing
• Walls and floors have marks​

* Please note, if you have piles here and there, that should be organized, or if the place is cluttered, we need time for that. Please book the duration accordingly.

We will be able to do all the tasks that are listed in deep cleaning, including extras: cleaning the blinds/shutters, fans; changing beds, washing the walls, interior windows, doors, laundry, organizing inside the cabinets/closets/drawers, BUT you have to plan the duration of the appointment accordingly.
