Moving is a big job. Move out cleaning includes every routine of basic and deep cleaning. Apartments and houses may accumulate dust and grime for years. We'll thoroughly clean your place from top to bottom. You'll get your stress-free welcome to your house.
IMPORTANT: Please let us know if any construction/renovation works were done before your move in.
Please let us know if the condition of the apartment is heavy or filthy, the move in/out service will be changed to appropriate service with hourly rates.
Here is what we can do:
General works in all areas:
- Dry floor cleaning with a vacuum cleaner or broom
*Please note that we do NOT provide vacuum cleaner - Wet cleaning of floors and baseboards
- Wet cleaning window sills, pipes
- Cleaning mirror and glass surfaces
- Cleaning of closets, cabinets and other surfaces.
- Taking out the trash (no more than 1-2 large black bags)
Work in the bathroom:
- Cleaning and disinfection of the faucets, sinks, toilets
- Cleaning showers and baths
- Washing the tiles
Work in the kitchen:
- Cleaning the stove top and the oven*
*If you book online using booking page, make sure to add oven from Extras. - Washing refrigerator inside and outside
- Washing the microwave inside and outside
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces (table tops, countertops)
- Cleaning the cabinets inside and outside (if they are empty)
Rates DO NOT include cleaning the interior windows, blinds/shutters, fans, doors, detailed dustings air conditioners.
We will be able to add these items to your cleaning service, with extra charge per hour.
