I’ve never had a cleaning service but was referred to by another customer who has been using Neva since 2017. Luidmila was very responsive and the website was easy to use. It took the worry out of cleaning for me. I am fine doing light/general cleaning but will use Neva on a monthly basis on a go forward to make cleaning easier for me to maintain. I've tried several cleaners in my area. I've now used Neva 3x, and really won't choose anyone else. We had different cleaners each time (Lena, Marina and Galena), but each time has been fantastic. We typically clean our place ourselves, but there are times when we're too busy. Neva cleaners make put our cleaning to shame. I'm always amazed at how good a job they do and how nice the place looks. Highly recommended!

Top notch service. I manage several apartments in NYC and I have never had such thorough top notch cleaners. Marina and Elena were the best. I now plan to use Neva on all apartment cleanings. Everything was spotless and shiny. I live in CT so I am a bit out of their service area or I would love to have them clean my home on a regular basis as well.

I've been using Neva for over a year. They do great work: prompt, professional and flexible when needed. Note that the cleaning staff is often not fluent in English, but the owner certainly is and will accommodate any requests if you make them through their website or e-mail.
