I know Mila well in person, but still her professionalism surprised me every time I use their service. This time the cleaner not only came on time, but she also stayed much longer than I expected. Needless to say every detail had been taken care of, and upon seeing the result I felt like my apartment was back to its brand new state when coming home after a long day. I've used this service 3 or 4 times over the past year. It's good value and I've always had a pleasant experience. The cleaners use your own appliances and supplies, which is not a problem since we already have them all. I was nervous about hiring professional cleaners since I'd never done it before, but never had any problems with Neva.

Used this company several times over several years. Good management. Most cleaners are good. I had some cleaners that were not so good. I used other cleaning companies..however other companies are not as good. I'm back and my last experience was very good with experienced cleaners.

Amazing service. I hired Neva Home Cleaning for a deep clean. They sent two lovely women who were very efficient and cleaned the entire apartment, including inside of oven, fridge, bathroom, etc in under three hours. The house is spotless and I’ll definitely being using the service again. Highly recommend!
