I started using this business about six months ago. I thought it would be a one time thing because I was so busy with work. They did such a great job, I couldn’t go back to doing it myself. My apartment was left spotless. (I got a deep clean for the first visit and have since switched to regular cleanings.) I’m always so thankful for the service. It makes my apartment feel like a home.

I used Neva for the first time today for a pretty short notice deep clean. Mila was able to schedule a cleaning just two days after I submitted my request which I had so much trouble doing while reaching out to other services and independent cleaners. Numa was my cleaner and she was so good. She was on time and the most thorough cleaner we have ever had. The few times we’ve hired cleaners before they left us pretty disappointed but Numa had me saying “wow she cleaned that too!” the rest of the evening. Mila was available to discuss cost adjustments throughout the day and very kind. I highly recommend Neva Home Cleaning!

Neva cleaning service was amazing post construction cleaning. Home was dusty and dirty from the renovation . These ladies worked hard all day, cleaning everything. Wiped the walls, light fixtures, all the windows. The kitchen they scrubbed inside, and out of the cabinets all the appliances. They did a great job! Highly recommend them…

I've used Neva several times, for both a move in and move out cleaning, and then two standard cleanings. Each time they have been great and left the place spotless. Will be using again.

Love this service. They're on time. They do a good job of cleaning and are flexible. I had them initially deep clean my apartment and after they did such a good job, I get them to come in for a monthly clean. It's always worth it. Very hardworking as well

This is my first time using Neva, the cleaner was exactly on time, very pleasant, and hard working. I showed her what I needed done, she got right on it. She was very professional and through. I know Mila well in person, but still her professionalism surprised me every time I use their service. This time the cleaner not only came on time, but she also stayed much longer than I expected. Needless to say every detail had been taken care of, and upon seeing the result I felt like my apartment was back to its brand new state when coming home after a long day. I've used this service 3 or 4 times over the past year. It's good value and I've always had a pleasant experience. The cleaners use your own appliances and supplies, which is not a problem since we already have them all. I was nervous about hiring professional cleaners since I'd never done it before, but never had any problems with Neva.
